4. Accuracy of Information & Service Availability

• Record Accuracy: While the school endeavors to keep all information up to date, official paper transcripts and verified administrative records maintained by the school office supersede digital displays in the event of any discrepancy.
• System Availability: Online services are provided on an "as available" basis. Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All public website content, school branding, official notices, and layout materials are the property of Signal Hill Secondary School or its authorized licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Suspension and Termination

The school reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or revoke access to any user account that violates these terms, breaches school discipline codes, or poses a security risk to our systems, records, or school community.

7. Changes to Terms
